I started, designed, developed and maintained the open source project and web service GitXiv.com and grew it to 100k/monthly unique visitors. It was the first of its kind “Collaborative Open Computer Science” community, linking arxiv papers and github repos. GitXiv got widely praised, including from the Arxiv team and technology industry leaders.
